Sarah holds the Reed 1 chair in the acclaimed West End revival of Cabaret. The production won 7 Olivier Awards in 2022, making it the most award-winning revival in Olivier history, as well as the first show to win all four musical acting categories.

In 2003, Sarah became the first female saxophonist to be invited to perform full time with Irish dance phenomenon Riverdance. As part of this iconic production, Sarah has performed all over the world - highlights include the Sydney Entertainment Centre, The Kremlin in Moscow, and (as part of the first company from the West) in the Great Hall of The People in Tiananmen Square, Beijing.
